What We’re pouring
Beer for Here
- Hank
American Lager, 4.4% ABVHank is a craft lager that pays homage to classic American brewing traditions, and is brewed with premium ingredients to deliver a clean, balanced flavor profile. With a pale golden hue and a frothy white head, Hank offers subtle notes of grainy malt sweetness complemented by a mild hop bitterness. The use of quality malts and hops results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a light body and a dry finish.
- New World Geography
Italian-style Pilsner, 5.0% ABVWe use the palest pilsner malt we can find for a super light and bready foundation. This rendition is loaded with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfruh, Saphir, and Saaz in both the hotside and dry-hop for pure extravagance. You can expect herbal, citrusy, crispy bliss that leaves the Old World behind.
- Klinker
North German-style Pilsner, 5.0% ABVFresh off the line, Klinker is back! For those unfamiliar with North German-style Pilsners….well, they are known to have more bitterness than their Bavarian brethren…and we’re ok with it! We laid out an expressive blend of Hallertau hop bouquets for this beer. It is delicate, floral, soft, crispy, and exactly what we want in a Pilsner. Not only is Klinker cold conditioned for an extended period of time, but also it is a lager that you can pick apart or you can sit back and enjoy effortlessly…it’s whatever you want it to be.
- Premiant
Czech-style Pilsner, 5.0% ABVPremiant is naturally carbonated, generously hopped with Saaz, and lagered for an extended period of time. It has a lovely bready malt character, with a distinctive Czech bitterness. Floral and lemon aromas, effortlessly crisp, and a perfect pairing to absolutely anything.
- Coastal Disguise
New Zealand Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVA NEW Zealand XPA added to the lineup! Layers upon layers of complexity with an undercurrent of American hops. We brewed this with a blend of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic AND the stars of the show Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Peacharine hop kief from the fine folks Freestyle Hops. Wow oh wow this is a fun one….we get pink starburst, lime peel, peach gummies, and some dank and pine notes for a tried and true backbone! We don’t think this one will be around for long, so come out from under and start the year off right!
- in situ
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVFor the second year running, we're pouring at Ephemeral Rotating Taproom in Denver for the entire month of February— and we brewed something special to commemorate our Denver tenure. in situ is our tribute to being present for the moment, made alongside our CO friends at Ephemeral and Finn's Manor. If you don’t know of these places, they are two of the best beer bars in Colorado that you can’t miss! This XPA balances a soft malt backbone with bright, snappy hop notes—expect tropical notes of guayaba, golden raspberries, citrus rind, and resin. We brewed it with a blend of Simcoe, Simcoe Dynaboost, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and Krush Cryo. Woah, that’s a lot of hops for a beer to be enjoyed where you are, near or far, while it lasts. Snag it in our tasting room starting today, and in Denver next week!
- Pattern Variation: DDH Mosaic
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVLoaded up with Mosaic, this version of Pattern Variation maintains its soft and simple backbone, but this tropical delight leans into classic hazy territory with notes of ripe blackberries, pure tangerine juice, and washes you with passionfruit juice and mango nectar.
- Levels (Citra//Dolcita)
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVWe’re bringing you another rendition of Levels, an IPA that experiments with hops that play well with one of our favorites, CITRA! This time we added a substantial amount of Dolcita, which is one of the newest trial varieties to be named. Woweeee we haven’t had a hazy blow us away like this in a while. By that, we mean the aroma and flavor is so unique and integrated beautifully with BIG notes of peach rings, orange Julius, passionfruit and a subtle sublayer of banana cream. It’s wild, it’s awesome, come drink it!
- Pacific Portal
West-Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVYou know it, you love it. This beer is a tribute and transportation to the hop growing valleys of the PNW and showcases the best of the best from those regions. It is a heavily hopped and delicate West Coast-style IPA with a blend of Strata, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. We get layers of ruby red grapefruit and blood orange in both the flavor and aroma, as well as a resounding dank and sweet fruit note that carries through from start to finish. Pacific Portal won the silver medal in West Coast IPA at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival!
- Where the Pines Grow
West Coast-style IPA, 7.0% ABVLong-time IPA lovers know the appeal of resinous pine and citrus pith in the classics, and the hops that are responsible for such characteristics. The 2026 version of WTPG is hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Chinook Cryo. We’ve grown partial to Chinook Cryo after it’s played a part in some beers lately that transcends that nostalgic edge that us IPA lovers return to. Expect a punchy nose of grapefruit and pine resin, with flavors that walk the line between dank and bright. It's familiar territory explored with fresh intent—a West Coast IPA that sits on a fine line between familiar and new.
- On Loop
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVOn Loop is the big brother of our Citra-focused IPA, Habit Loop, showcasing a superstar lineup of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata. In harmony with a grain bill consisting of Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats it's a super soft batch with an over-the-top expression pushing forward big notes of tangerine, peach mimosa, and honeydew…..a DIPA that's worth repeating.
- Dripping In Orange
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVBringing back a favorite in the Dripping series, Dripping in Orange is exactly as advertised. Fresh squeezed juice, anyone? A hefty grain bill with loads of oats and wheat lends way for a softer, sweeter, pulpier landing. For this version, we relied heavily on a blend of Citra and Simcoe. We also subbed in Oregon-grown Amarillo to push the citrus overtones to the top.
- Five (2024)
Barrel-aged Imperial Brown Ale w/ Wild Thai Bananas, Vanilla, Almond, Hazelnut & Maple , 13.0% ABVFor our fifth anniversary beer, we blended two different imperial brown ales that have been aging in Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels for 27-34 months. To commemorate the occasion, we then conditioned the blend atop five adjuncts that meld beautifully together, including wild Thai banana, Madagascar vanilla, as well as a deft hand of almond, hazelnut, and maple. The result is an indulgent gateway into a sea of banana brûlée, amaretto, toffee, and dark cherry ganache. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.
- Paint The Shadows (2023)
Barrel-aged Imperial Stout w/ Hazelnut, Cacao, & Vanilla (Madera Members), 15.0% ABVThe first version of a new series where we look to use adjuncts to harmonize the blended base beers. This year's version consists of a rye stout base aged in Willett Bourbon and Rye barrels for 21-22 months. We used a heavy hand of roasted hazelnuts, Tanzanian cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The base beers create a foundation of milk chocolate, praline wafers, and those wonderful oaky lactones from top-notch Bourbon barrels. As we conditioned on the adjuncts, our intention was to use them in a way where one does not dominate, but each of them comes through as the beer is opened and starts to warm. As much as we want to dive deep into a long list of tasting notes, we can't help but to feel like this beer parallels a gold foil-wrapped Ferrero Rocher. A delicate and nuanced beer that should be enjoyed now. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.
- Art of Confusion (2025)
Barrel-aged Imperial Stout w/ Cacao, Vanilla & Coconut, 15% ABVLike past versions of AOC, we deconstructed a nostalgic flavor into a bold and impactful barrel-aged beer—this time, German chocolate cake. To get there, we used Madagascar and Ugandan vanilla, toasted and raw coconut, and a unique Ecuadorian cacao. We work with these ingredients often, but the key was balance: letting them complement each other from start to finish while avoiding over-extraction, which is easy to do with roasted nibs. The result is in fact, reminiscent of German chocolate cake, but with sublayers of rich marshmallow (thank you, Ugandan vanilla), mocha, marzipan, and a backend tannic finish from the barrels that reads like praline and honeycomb.
- Circle’s End (2024)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (Madera Members), 15.5% ABVCircle's End consists of various base stouts aged in Willett Rye and Bourbon barrels for 23-24 month. We specifically selected these barrels for their richness and how beautiful the beers were without any adjuncts, which is everything we want in a straightforward barrel-aged stout. Expect indulgent notes of milk chocolate, molasses, marshmallow nougat, and a balanced level of barrel character. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.
