What We’re pouring
Beer for Here
- Moonzu
White Tea & Yuzu Lager, 4.5% ABVAs we've continued exploring the many expressions of lager, we've found that beer and tea can exist in remarkable harmony. The way noble hops and whole-leaf tea intertwine feels effortless—creating something delicate, inviting, and deeply rewarding for lager lovers. For Moonzu, we built a clean, neutral lager as the foundation. From there, we conditioned the beer on Mai Wei Moonlight white tea from Hugo Tea. White tea is subtle yet expressive, bringing soft floral notes, a lush texture, and a silky character that carries beautifully into the finished beer. Because the leaves undergo minimal oxidation and are carefully hand-plucked to preserve the tender buds and leaves, the tea retains remarkable freshness and nuance. To brighten everything even further, we added yuzu, lending a vibrant burst of citrus that lifts the tea without overshadowing it. The result is a beer we're incredibly excited to share: crisp and refreshing, layered with delicate florals, vibrant citrus, and a lingering finish of honeysuckle.
- Yesterday
Czech-style Amber (Polotmavy) Lager, 4.8% ABVNostalgia hits hard on this one. Yesterday is inspired by the Czech half-dark (polotmavý) lager. This garnet-colored beauty is brewed with all Bohemian malt and Czech hops. For those long-time craft beer drinkers, you'll be hit with those biscuity, bready, toffee high notes that intrigued so many palates decades ago, but with a clean and cool fermentation you'll be left with something that is highly drinkable, subtly bitter, and in balance with today's world.
- New World Geography
Italian-style Pilsner, 5.0% ABVWe use the palest pilsner malt we can find for a super light and bready foundation. This rendition is loaded with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfruh, Saphir, and Saaz in both the hotside and dry-hop for pure extravagance. You can expect herbal, citrusy, crispy bliss that leaves the Old World behind.
- Seiso
Japanese-style Lager, 5.0% ABVA lager that is all buttoned up and inspired by the Japanese lagers that incorporate a heavy hand of rice in the brewing process. Perhaps our most pale lager in the lineup, Seiso feels effortless from start to finish. A blend of pilsner malts and rice, as well as Saaz hops, give this lager a layered aroma of honeysuckle, herbal tea, and bread dough. It is endlessly effervescent, super dry, and can accompany almost any dish out there. We'll have another one if you say so.
- Coastal Disguise
New Zealand Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVBringing a New Zealand XPA to the lineup this week! This is our second iteration of the beer, this time with a new hop blend centered around Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. There’s an undercurrent of American hops—Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra—but the New Zealand varieties steal the show. We get layers of dank stone fruit, tangerine peel, diesel, and a touch of pine. West Coast bliss with a distinctly New Zealand twist.
- Coral Crush
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVFresh off a GOLD MEDAL win at GABF, it’s back just in time for the holidays! This crusher packs the punch of West Coast IPA with a balanced bitterness and abv while still feeling extra. We used a blend of American and New Zealand hops with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Krush as the headliners. Expect notes of grapefruit, ripe honeydew, gooseberry, and pine.
- Velvet Bloom
NE-style IPA, 6.3% ABVThe newest IPA to grace our lineup, Velvet Bloom is pure tropical bliss packed with Dolcita, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic. Soft, hazy, and built for enjoyment. It pours with a plush, pillowy mouthfeel and leads with ripe pineapple and tropical fruit, backed by just enough bitterness to keep things balanced. No harsh edges here — just juicy, approachable hop character from start to finish.
- Levels (Citra//Nectaron)
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVA tried-and-true series exploring which hops Citra plays best with. As we begin dabbling with more of this year’s New Zealand harvest, we thought Nectaron would be a perfect pairing. The combination brings together two incredibly expressive hops, with Citra’s familiar citrus character meeting the bold, tropical intensity of Nectaron. The aroma on Nectaron is seriously captivating, bursting with layers of citrus oil, peach-pineapple punch, and passionfruit, with just a hint of diesel adding a little intrigue. Bright, juicy, and intensely aromatic, this one is another fun look at just how well Citra can play with others.
- Pacific Portal
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVThis beer is a tribute and transportation to the hop growing valleys of the PNW and showcases the best of the best from that region. A heavily hopped and delicate West Coast-style IPA with a blend of Oregon-grown Strata, as well as Washington-grown Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. We get layers of ruby red grapefruit and blood orange in both the flavor and aroma, as well as a resounding dank and sweet fruit note that carries through from start to finish. Pacific Portal won the Silver Medal in West Coast IPA at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival.
- The Way Back Out
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVAfter quite some time we're finally bringing back a New Zealand-focused DIPA. This is a beer that we’ve only revisited a few times and we’re super stoked on the hops this go around. With so many beautiful hops to choose from we selected a blend of Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mega Terps, Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka Cryo. Think mango mimosas, white grape jam, and tangerine gummies.

With a pale golden hue and a frothy white head, Hank offers subtle notes of grainy malt sweetness complemented by a mild hop bitterness. The use of quality malts and hops results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a light body and a dry finish. At 4.4% ABV, Hank is perfect for those seeking a flavorful, yet sessionable, craft lager that embodies the spirit of American lager and the hard-working folks that enjoy it!

- Loose Leaf
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVWe wrote ourselves a recipe around a fresh crop of hops that just arrived. This beer is mash-hopped with whole leaf Krush before layering in Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra in the kettle. The dry hop features Krush Cryo, Audacia, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. It's our first time using Audacia from @indiehops, an exciting up-and-coming variety from Oregon's Willamette Valley. It integrates seamlessly with some of our longtime favorites, bringing expressive notes of berry, pine, rosewater, and lemon zest.

- Spacecase
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVWe set out to brew a West Coast IPA that leans harder into Strata than we've ever done before. The foundation is a lineup of our favorite hand-selected American hops: Strata, Simcoe, and Mosaic. We also experimented with some advanced hop products, including Citra Dynaboost along with Strata and Simcoe Quantum from Abstrax. This beer is all about hop saturation. It delivers the orange candy sweetness and pine resin that defined classic West Coast IPA, while Strata takes center stage with ripe peach and just enough dankness to make you second-guess the neighboring table.
- The Way Back Out

**Limit of 2 bottles per person** This year’s release of Copper Shrine consists of barleywines patiently aged for 26–33 months in Heaven Hill and Willett Family Estate barrels. For the final blend, we selected barrels displaying decadent notes of candied fig, sticky toffee pudding, toasted rye, and floral vanilla. The interplay between the different base beers and barrels creates a profile that is balanced, inviting, and warming. Copper Shrine weaves between an English-leaning interpretation of barleywine and the bourbon-heavy bravado of its American counterpart. Every year, we look forward to the process of blending Copper Shrine and releasing a slightly different interpretation—one that showcases the evolution of the base beers as they mature in barrel.
