What We’re pouring
Beer for Here
- Hank
American Lager, 4.4% ABVHank is a craft lager that pays homage to classic American brewing traditions, and is brewed with premium ingredients to deliver a clean, balanced flavor profile. With a pale golden hue and a frothy white head, Hank offers subtle notes of grainy malt sweetness complemented by a mild hop bitterness. The use of quality malts and hops results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a light body and a dry finish.
- Bogeytime
Iced Tea & Lemon Lager, 4.5% ABVA beer built for bogeys, sand traps, and hot Midwest weather! We brewed up a super lean lager and then conditioned on black tea from Hugo Tea and fresh lemon zest. Bada bing, bada boom you’ve now got your new caddy, and hey, don’t forget to just tap it in!
- Premiant
Czech-style Pilsner, 5.0% ABVPremiant is naturally carbonated, generously hopped with Saaz, and lagered for an extended period of time. It has a lovely bready malt character, with a distinctive Czech bitterness. Floral and lemon aromas, effortlessly crisp, and a perfect pairing to absolutely anything.
- Seiso
Japanese-style Lager, 5.0% ABVA lager that is all buttoned up and inspired by the Japanese lagers that incorporate a heavy hand of rice in the brewing process. Perhaps our most pale lager in the lineup, Seiso feels effortless from start to finish. A blend of pilsner malts and rice, as well as Saaz hops, give this lager a layered aroma of honeysuckle, herbal tea, and bread dough. It is endlessly effervescent, super dry, and can accompany almost any dish out there. We'll have another one if you say so.
- Paisano
Ecuadorian Pilsner, 5.0% ABVPaisano is our interpretation of a modern pilsner, brewed with ingredients deeply rooted in Ecuadorian culture. The base beer features pilsner malt, flaked maize, and ripe plantains added directly to the mash. A delicate addition of Saphir and Lorien hops provides gentle bitterness and subtle notes of flowering citrus. At its heart, Paisano is an easy-drinking pilsner for the people—crisp and approachable, with a soft malt sweetness that gives way to a floral, lightly starchy, and snappy finish. This is a beer meant to be shared. We brewed it for the World Cup, for our family near and far, and for those celebrating back in the Middle of the World. Wherever you're raising a glass, we hope Paisano helps bring us a little closer together.
- Not Far Away
Juicy Pale Ale, 5.8% ABVSomewhere, not far away, there is a lovely little pale ale that packs all the punch of an IPA in a smaller package. This beer rests on a pillowy soft mouthfeel with a flavor and aroma profile that is bright and fruity with an acid-leaning backbone akin to white peach, ripe mango, and Sauvignon Blanc. A heavy hand of Strata and late-harvest Nelson give this batch just enough dankness to keep it feeling in between worlds.
- Coral Crush
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVThis crusher packs the punch of West Coast IPA with a balanced bitterness and abv while still feeling extra. We used a blend of American and New Zealand hops with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Krush as the headliners. Expect notes of grapefruit, ripe honeydew, gooseberry, and pine. Coral Crush received a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2025!
- Licious (Strata//Rakau)
Hazy IPA, 6.2% ABVOur house-style IPA that we brew to meet in the middle. Juicy and hazy, yet balanced with a soft and dry-ish finish. Strata and Rakau are a dynamic duo that bring dank tropical and attention-grabbing flavors to the forefront. Together these two hops double down on the dank and delicious citrus and stone fruit notes that includes ripe mango, apricot, and sweet orange.
- Pattern Variation: Simcoe Cryo
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVLoaded up with Simcoe Cryo, this version of Pattern Variation maintains its soft and simple backbone, but this tropical delight leans into classic hazy territory with notes of ripe blackberries, tangerine peel, and washes across with passionfruit juice and mango nectar.
- Pacific Portal
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVThis beer is a tribute and transportation to the hop growing valleys of the PNW and showcases the best of the best from that region. A heavily hopped and delicate West Coast-style IPA with a blend of Oregon-grown Strata, as well as Washington-grown Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. We get layers of ruby red grapefruit and blood orange in both the flavor and aroma, as well as a resounding dank and sweet fruit note that carries through from start to finish. Pacific Portal won the Silver Medal in West Coast IPA at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival.
- Sandswept
West Coast-style IPA, 7.0% ABVSandswept is an elevated and modern take on West Coast-style IPA that shares characteristics that all IPA lovers can enjoy. If you’ve been loving our West Coasters lately, this one stays on track with an incredibly aromatic CSM hop blend along with an extra punchy lot of Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle farms. We eased up on the dankness and let notes of sweet fruit and blood orange take the stage. We’re in love.
- Content Creation
NE-style Double IPA, 8.0% ABVIf you keep up with the hundreds of beer and kinda-beer releases that happen every single week, it’d be hard not to admit that we’ve collectively pushed beer into a realm of always needing more. However, every so often one of those classic moves from the playbook seems to turn out JUST RIGHT. This is a DIPA profile that we continue to daydream about and are always happy to bring back to the lineup. Bursting with peach-mimosa and strawberry-kiwi aromas, silky soft and sweet, Content Creation is supercharged with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. No gimmicks here just another DIPA to add to your news feed.
- Copper Shrine (2025) – 500ml BOTTLE
Barrel-aged Barleywine, 14.0% ABVThe 2025 version Copper Shrine consists of wheated barleywines patiently aged in Willett barrels for 28-33 months. For our final blend we selected barrels displaying decadent notes of candied figs, sticky toffee pudding, spiced cherry, and floral vanilla. The interplay between the different base beers and barrel is balanced, inviting, and warming. Copper Shrine weaves between an English-leaning interpretation of barleywine and the bourbon-heavy bravado of barrel-aged American barleywines. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.
- Reflection Chamber (2023) – 500ml BOTTLE
Barrel-aged Grand Cru // Madera Members, 14% ABVReflection Chamber brings together some of our best barrels, giving us the opportunity to put together exciting blends and flavor combinations across style categories. The 2023 blend consists of a barleywine and wheatwine that were aged in Wild Turkey Rye and Old Fitzgerald barrels for 16-25 months. We felt that marrying wheat and rye base beers (and barrels) would bring together the best of both worlds. This beer initially looks and feels like a barleywine as deep dark fruits push through on the aroma and flavor. Underneath the shell, the beer contains layered notes of spiced cola, vanilla, and brown sugar. We let the carb ride low to keep the softness and barrel-character front and center. Available in 500ml bottles for onsite consumtion.
- Fool’s Lair (2024) – 500ml BOTTLE
Barrel-aged Imperial Stout w/ Coffee, Coconut & Cacao (Madera Members), 14.5% ABVCreated to weave together the world’s indulgences. A wheated stout base aged in Willett and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 29 months was conditioned atop raw and toasted coconut and Bolivian cacao. If that wasn’t enough, we then added Columbian coffee from Onyx Coffee Roasters to the mix in a harmonious fashion. Each component was folded in to represent an equal third and play games on your pallate from start to finish. This interplay of ingredients brings out milk chocolate sweetness and coconut bliss, eventually shifting to fresh-brewed roast characters and subtle bitterness that is a journeyful retreat back to equilibrium. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.
- Paint The Shadows (2023) – 500ml BOTTLE
Barrel-aged Imperial Stout w/ Hazelnut, Cacao, & Vanilla (Madera Members), 15.0% ABVThe first version of a new series where we look to use adjuncts to harmonize the blended base beers. This year's version consists of a rye stout base aged in Willett Bourbon and Rye barrels for 21-22 months. We used a heavy hand of roasted hazelnuts, Tanzanian cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The base beers create a foundation of milk chocolate, praline wafers, and those wonderful oaky lactones from top-notch Bourbon barrels. As we conditioned on the adjuncts, our intention was to use them in a way where one does not dominate, but each of them comes through as the beer is opened and starts to warm. As much as we want to dive deep into a long list of tasting notes, we can't help but to feel like this beer parallels a gold foil-wrapped Ferrero Rocher. A delicate and nuanced beer that should be enjoyed now. Available in 500ml bottles for on-site consumption.

- Expressive Traits: Strata//Motueka
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVThere’s no denying how much we love using Strata. It’s a hop that adds multiple layers to many of our IPAs but is also beautiful on its own. As we find better and more unique lots of Strata to blend, we are constantly looking for our next opportunity use Expressive Traits as a springboard to see what hops Strata plays well with. For this version we chose Motueka. This batch is fulls of tropical aromas along with notes of lime zest and a hint of stone fruit.
- 6.8% ABV
