Second Anniversary

Our first year in business went as well as we could've expected, and we felt a surge of momentum coming in to 2020...and then COVID hit. We quietly celebrated our first anniversary as a team of three, alone at the bar, while the world stood still. But after that first anniversary, we began to see new and familiar faces....week after week after week...for over a year!

Our second anniversary is dedicated to our wonderful customers, friends, and family. We can't thank you enough for showing up every damn week and helping us transition into a brewery that keeps improving, that keeps fresh beer stocked weekly, and that has helped to spread our beer far and wide. It means an incredible amount and we feel so fortunate.

As we move past our second birthday, we look forward to having our tasting room open again with a fresh opportunity to learn from how we operated and make necessary changes. We are going to continue cranking out fresh lagers and hop-forward beers that are sold out of our tasting room (in draught and cans), and eventually roll out our barrel-aged beers. We appreciate having the ability to restructure our tasting room operations in a way that works best for us, given the ongoing challenges in our industry. That may look like less hours open to the public, but we assure you that it means so much more.

It means spending more time focusing on brewing the best beer possible. It means having time to source and stay on top of fresh and world-class ingredients. It means the ability for us to spend time away from the brewery and gain inspiration. It means giving you the best possible experience every time you step foot through our door. It means the ability to plan more unique events (when it's safe) where we can spend time with you!

Just like all of you, we've learned a lot about ourselves over the course of the last year, we are grateful to be here with high hopes for the future! A genuine thank you to our customers, friends, family, and other breweries and restaurants that have helped us remain sane this last year.

Cheers and love,

Nick & Tania
