Ritual pour


Our friend Neil Witte — Master Cicerone and beer consultant — is bringing his Ritual Pour concept to the taproom. It’s a standing bar experience rooted in Japanese and Czech pouring traditions, where the focus is entirely on how the beer reaches the glass. Neil will pour our Japanese Lager, Seiso (pulled from the tank a week early just for this) across a range of styles so you can taste what foam structure and pour technique actually do to a beer. Come for the science, stay for the subtleties.
